Change the Digital Signature Certificate of a User on IREPS Portal

IREPS registered users needs to change the Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) attached to their profile if their DSC got expired and they have purchased a new DSC. To change the  DSC attached to their profile they can submit a request to IREPS Help Desk to change their DSC through the link Request For change of Digital Signing Certificate available on Help Desk page.

Process to submit the request for change of Digital Signature Certificate:

  • Your request will be submitted and you get a Request ID for the same.

  • If your profile already has updated certificate then you will get the message "Your certificate is already updated."
Once your request for Digital Signature Certificate updation will be submitted to IREPS helpdesk, they will update your Digital Signature Certificate and you will be log into IREPS application. Please use this option in the case when your DSC has been expired otherwise use the option edit/update your profile link to update the DSC after logging into IREPS application.


  1. Hi Sir, I have changed my DSC and I could log into the portal with new DSC. But "Signature Details" in "Account Details" still shows teh details of old DSC. Please guid me to update the same

  2. Our firm M/s Yolax Infranergy Private Limited is registered on ireps portal with user id-

    Since, the registered DSC has been expired so therefore we have requested to change of DSC with request id 55204, but the change of DSC request has been rejected and reason mentioned that, "User name issue in certificate; IREPS registered user name JAY PRAKASH SHARMA and new certificate user name is JAI PRAKASH SHARMA.

    In regards of the reason mentioned we hereby state that we have registered our Firm on ireps since 2 years ago and after that during the process GST era there is name difference in Aadhar card and PAN card so thats why the changes occur in the name, Hence we request that kindly approve our registration of DSC with modified name.

    Kindly do the needful at the earliest so that we may participate in etenders.

  3. PLEASE HELP US When we signed to ireps for tenders, IT SAYS THAT....
    we have a class III Digital Signature Certificate issued by licensed CA with Proprietors Name for participation in E- tenders. We registered with so many government site with same digital signature but only here is the problem.

  5. How to change new dsc in ireps if old dsc is valid but it missing anywhere expire May I update my new dsc in ireps if yes How to do it we want to keep our old user ID In ireps.

    1. User ID will not be changed when you will update the DSC. If you lost your DSC then you need a new DSC after getting the new DSC, follow the same process as given in this post to update your DSC.
