Change the Digital Signature Certificate of a User on IREPS Portal

IREPS registered users needs to change the Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) attached to their profile if their DSC got expired and they have purchased a new DSC. To change the  DSC attached to their profile they can submit a request to IREPS Help Desk to change their DSC through the link Request For change of Digital Signing Certificate available on Help Desk page.


Process to submit the request for change of Digital Signature Certificate:



  • Your request will be submitted and you get a Request ID for the same.

  • If your profile already has updated certificate then you will get the message "Your certificate is already updated."
Once your request for Digital Signature Certificate updation will be submitted to IREPS helpdesk, they will update your Digital Signature Certificate and you will be log into IREPS application. Please use this option in the case when your DSC has been expired otherwise use the option edit/update your profile link to update the DSC after logging into IREPS application.
