Download Tender's Drawing/Specifications from RDSO website

IREPS vendors need to download the drawing/specifications for tenders published though IREPS. Generally, it mentioned in the tender document that from where vendors can download the drawings. But if it is not mentioned in the tender document then vendors can download the drawing/specifications from the RDSO website.
