IRCTC Special Trains: Full list of trains and time-table starting from May 12, 2020

The Indian Railways is all set to partially resume its passenger train operations from today after over one and a half months of halt owing to the COVID-19 lockdown in the country. Train operations will initially start with starting 15 pairs of trains. These trains will be run as special trains from New Delhi Station connecting 15 different cities of the country.

The special trains will run from New Delhi to Dibrugarh, Agartala, Howrah, Patna, Bilaspur, Ranchi, Bhubaneswar, Secunderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram, Madgaon, Mumbai Central, Ahmedabad and Jammu Tawi.

Guidelines issued by Indian Railways:

  • Use Face Mask, Maintain Social Distancing and Wash Hands Frequently
  • Indian Railways plans to gradually restart passenger train operations from 12th May, 2020, initially with 15 pairs of trains (30 return journeys). These trains will be run as special trains from New Delhi Station connecting Dibrugarh, Agartala, Howrah, Patna, Bilaspur, Ranchi, Bhubaneswar, Secunderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram, Madgaon, Mumbai Central, Ahmedabad and Jammu Tawi.
  • All passengers are hereby informed that downloading of Aarogya Setu App on their mobile phone, that they are carrying along, is mandatory.
